About the Author
G. C. Tympas has degrees in medicine and theological studies and a PhD in psychoanalytic studies from the University of Essex. His research focuses on the relationship between early psychic models and psychiatric nosology and he is currently a priest and pastoral counsellor of the Greek Orthodox Church in London.

a fresh look at Carl Jung

Grigorios Chrysostom Tympas manages to explain in simple terms what is “spiritual” at many aspects of our lives, social, cultural etc. He takes a fresh look at Carl Jung’s psychology through the lenses of Maximus, an early Christian philosopher, and their different ways to look at the human soul and the human spirit. A recommended reading to those who might be interested in a coherent analysis of spirituality.
